About Dr. Syed

Dr. Femina Syed is an esteemed academician, researcher, and corporate trainer with 20+ years of experience in teaching, training, and research.

As Head of the Research Institute at the University of Business Innovation and Sustainability, she has 19 international publications, 11 global conference presentations, and actively contributes to academic committees and doctoral supervision.

Previously, she led academics at Achievers International Campus, UAE, overseeing program development and curriculum management. She has taught MBA, DBA, and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, HRM, Leadership, and International Business.

A recipient of multiple awards, including the Indo Asian Award for Distinguished Professor (2019), Dr. Syed holds a Doctorate in Management Studies from Cochin University of Science and Technology, specializing in organizational ambidexterity and product innovation.
